Rental of the City Forest Lodge is available with or without using our catering service. Event times can be scheduled for any time between 10am and 11pm. The maximum rental period is 10 hours. Rates are $900 on Saturdays and holidays and $650 for Fridays and Sundays.  $400 for any other day. There will be an additional charge of $100 for use of the kitchen. Non-refundable deposit of $100 required to reserve your date.

All Rentals require a security deposit of $300.

   Tables and Chairs, plus setup

Certain events may require Security and are handled on a case-by-case basis. If required, the cost is the responsibility of the renter.
